Pastor Joel preaches from John 10:10: The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

Key point was: Jesus did not come to give us Abundant Life independent of Himself.

The message was an illustrated message using a corded electric drill: 

• The drill represents me.
• The electricity that gives it life represents God. 
• The cord that connects the drill to the life-giving electricity is my RELATIONSHIP with God!
