 Pastor Joel and his wife Erica have been the lead pastors here at Four Winds Assembly of God since September of 2015. Pastor Joel's heart is to see a Holy Spirit-led Awakening among Native American communities. Pastor Joel's primary spiritual gifting is that of a teacher. Erica Toppen is a gifted counselor. Together it is their passion to see Native American believers in Jesus equipped and mobilized for world-wide ministry.
